Healthy Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe

The iconic pumpking spice latte (aka PSL)  has made it’s way back into our hot drink rotation as the weather has finally cooled down. This drink is Fall in a cup and quite honestly, we’re suckers for pumpkin anything.

What’s in a Pumpkin Spice Latte?

The pumpkin spice lattes you find at chain coffee shops often have questionable ingredients and a lot of sugar. We don’t know about you, but we prefer natural ingredients that we can pronounce. In our healthy pumpkin spice lattes recipe, we use real pumpking puree, macadamia milk (you can sub with any milk alternative of your choice), fall spices, and maple syrup to give it a slight sweetness.

If you’re a frequent PSL sipper, our recipe will save you calories and help your wallet this Fall. Not to mention it only takes 1 pot and 10 minutes to prepare!

Try this vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, and delicious pumpkin spice latte out and let us know what you think by tagging #babaseedcoffee on Instagram. Happy sipping!
